We are a home business offering parents organic, sustainable and eco-friendly baby products at reasonable prices! Our range includes beautiful organic cotton baby clothes, super soft and absorbent bamboo and organic cotton nappies, gorgeous accessories and more.

 

All our organic cotton products are Certified 100% Organic Cotton and are free from pesticides and chemicals, with low-impact dyes. You will find our products are made of very high quality organic cotton and the fabric is very thick and soft.

 

Our Organic Bugalugs Bamboo Nappies are very thick and soft, and extremely absorbent - very comfortable for bugalugs! Bamboo cloth is eco friendly as bamboo is highly sustainable and doesn't require pesticides. Bamboo is also known for its antibacterial and mildew resistant properties which makes it perfect for use in nappies.

About Us

As a parent I know I have to protect my children from being exposed to harmful chemicals, but it is the invisible and dangerous nature of the chemicals found in skin care products that makes it difficult to control. It is also my strongest believe that this protection should be from the very beginning. With this passion, I have created these two truly natural, organic and safe products for health-conscious mums-to-be and their precious little ones.

About the Bonnie Babes Foundation

The Bonnie Babes Foundation was founded in 1994 and is a non government funded, non-profit, volunteer based charity which is the only organisation of its type which provides:

The Bonnie Babes Foundation:

Provides medical equipment to hospitals for premature babies struggling for life in intensive care.

Assists vital medical research projects into pregnancy loss and complications to women’s health during and following pregnancy.

Provides education and training for health professionals.

Provides free family crisis phone lines for those who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or prematurity.

Provides health nutrition and wellness advice for women prior to and during pregnancy.

Provides support for families with infertility issues and assists with counselling relating to infertility.

Provides support for babies born with congenital malformations.

Supports women who develop pre-eclampsia and other medical conditions during pregnancy.

The Foundation also provides education and training for health professionals.

Sadly one in every four pregnancies ends in a loss from miscarriage and stillbirth. One in every ten babies are born prematurely.

In Australia, 1 in 10 babies are born prematurely, with almost half of these babies needing life support in a neonatal intensive care unit. Tiny premature babies are often struggling on life support systems. The equipment is expensive and technology can help these babies. The Foundation’s aim is to raise much needed funds to help these special babies and increase their chances of survival.

The Bonnie Babes Foundation has helped thousands of families since its inception. The Charity is a national grief counselling organisation and is the only organisation of its type in Australia covering all pregnancy loss issues.

The money raised contributes to purchasing new medical equipment for intensive care areas in hospitals, vital medical research and most importantly, the grief counselling services and grief support groups for families suffering this traumatic loss Australia wide.

Hi my name is Amanda Lapthorne and I am the Sweet Mumma behind Sweet Bubba. I have two beautiful Sweet Bubba's myself which were the inspiration for Sweet Bubba Eco Store. Ever since they were born (they are 3 and 18 months) I have just wanted to offer them the best I could get my hands on from organic baby skin care, organic and cloth nappies, and organic clothing to BPA free baby feeding bottles and lunch containers. Plus beautiful, nutrient rich organic produce from local markets.

 

I have been searching for reasonably priced organic, natural and chemical free skin care products, organic clothing, organic and cloth nappies and BPA free containers in one convenient and easy to navigate location. Whilst I found a few where the prices were reasonable I found the added cost of postage to make them cost prohibitive, so decided to start a store that offered a range of discounts on these products plus free postage within Australia.

 

Whilst I have stocked some big name products like bumGenius and biobaby organic cloth nappies, thinkbaby and Green to Grow BPA free bottles, Sckoon organic baby and children's clothing, Cherub Rubs and GAIA organic and natural baby and children's skin care products, I am also looking for unique products that aren't found locally or quality items made from other WAHMs that I have tried on tested on the Sweet Bubba household.

Pure Earth Noosa

Pure Earth began in the year 2000 with the need to develop a range of products that were not only good for your health and free of harmful ingredients, but also products which were affordable for the everyday family.

In 2003 my partner & i moved up to the Sunshine Coast & had our first child I felt the need to find products which not only were easy to use but was Natural & Organic & wasn't going to harm both my child or the environment.

Living in an area where we have a Septic Tank, it was very important to use not only Quality Products but to use Environmentally Safe Products.

After using other products on the market i started to notice my hands were peeling constantly & that my hair was in a total mess.

I came across Pure Earth by chance & after using their products on my new born son i feel in love with them.

After i used Pure Earth for a few weeks i noticed that my hands had stopped peeling & my hair was healthier.

I was so happy with their baby range that i then looking into their other products & slowly started throwing out all the chemical based products i had around the home & changed to the the Pure Earth products.

I have never looked back & since have had 2 more children

When i received my Council Rates i noticed that my water consumption had reduced dramatically. When i thought about it later i realized it was because when i washed the dishes i no longer needed to rinse them as the foaming isn't anywhere as much as other products. Also there are no streaks left on the dishes! I only need to towel dry them instead now.

When i washed my cloths in the washing machine i normally needed to rinse them twice but not anymore!

I don't need to purchase any softeners as the Essential Oils in the Pure Earth products act as a Natural softener.

We believe that Hemp and other natural fibre products have some environmentally sustainable answers to the problems faced by increased consumerism in the societies in which we live. We have specialised in the baby end of town as it all starts here- education, wanting the best for your newborn child and more so we have sought to use the softest most durable, absorbent sustainable fabrics that utilise the minimum of chemicals from the farm to the factory. Our products are also made for correct fit, maximum functionality and also fashion- who said cloth nappying had to be boring. We actually physically make them ourselves and you have good old-fashioned personalised customer service when you deal with us. 

A little about HEMP- FOOD, BIO-FUEL, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, PLASTIC and STONE-LIKE PRODUCTS, FABRIC, PAPER, PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS and MORE- Hemp can provide all these diverse products. Why aren't we using it more ???? There is no rational answer to this question. The benefits of Hemp have been tested and proven throughout time. With our business we hope to encourage more people to use Hemp and other natural products as alternatives to the unfriendly products that are currently being over-utilised. Our preference is Australian made products where possible. Our aim is to have all products eventually made in Australia.
