Limelizard is very much a family run company with an interesting beginning.

 

My husband was reading books by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer and found them inspirational and life changing. Whilst on a driving holiday to Queensland we stopped at a tourist attraction just outside Byron Bay and found the book 'Incredible You' by Dr. Wayne Dyer. It was written for children and was designed to assist with their self-esteem. It was the only book of it's kind in an unusual location, and obviously we were meant to find it! It was an instant hit with our then 5 year old daughter - who still loves reading it 3 years later!

 

We felt that if we had trouble finding this type of book, then other families may be encountering the same and decided on that holiday to start Limelizard!

 

Limelizard is our way to inspire families to live well...

 

We have now expanded to cover areas including Asthma and Allergies, Inspiration, Self-Esteem, Health, and day to day issues such as bullying amongst children and teens. We are currently in the midst of expanding our health section. We know first hand how challenging it is to have a child with food intolerances and allergies, and want to be able to provide any tools we can to others who have allergies/intolerances whether it be an adult or child.

 

I feel this is truly our path, and also witnessed first hand the power of positive thinking when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer earlier this year. Following a harrowing time of operations, complications, radiation treatment, and time away from my children, I used as many resources from our inspirational section as I could and it made it all that much easier.

 

We truly want to help you bring inspiration and wellbeing to yourself and your family/friends. With that in mind we ensure that shopping on the internet doesn't mean that you should compromise choice and quality. We choose very carefully the products that are available for you to purchase. You won't find anything on our website that we wouldn't want to have in our own home, or give to our own friends and family.

 

We source only the best quality products, and are confident in everything we choose.

 

We are especially proud that the Luv-A-Bub range of products supports the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne and this year alone our customers have contributed over $1500!

 

We frequently take our mobile shop to special events. We have also selected Cobbitty Markets, NSW, as a regular place for our customers to come and visit us and see a selection of our products. Simply check our Event Calendar for upcoming events.We love it when our customers visit so if you attend a special event make sure you come up and introduce yourself!

After the birth of our twin boys, Jaxon and Lachlan in 2007, my husband Matthew and I found it very hard to find practical, affordable and quality products that not only made our lives easier with our new additions, but added some humour to our new hectic lives. When the chance to purchase Twinsane became available to us, we jumped at the chance to regenerate this already well known business.

LMH Jewellery Designs

My name is Leisha Higgins and I am LMH Jewellery Designs. However first and foremost I am a wife to a wonderful supportive husband and a mum to two very active young boys.

 

I have always enjoyed doing handcraft and soon discovered beading! With having a love of jewellery and after taking a long hard look at what I wanted to do in life, LMH Jewellery Designs was created. I am currently studying for a Certificate in Jewellery Design and hope to be indentured as a Jewellers Apprentice in the very near future.

In the meantime I will continue to play with the many variety of beads, crystals, pearls, cabochons and hope that you like what you see. Please feel free to leave me some feedback.
